Refund Policy
- Seafarers Monthly Subscriptions
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our services, please contact the UB Services website administration (ubseaandshoreservices@gmail.com) with your claim within seven (7) days after the service activation date. We will review your claim and make a decision at our sole discretion regarding whether to issue a partial or full refund. Please note, on seafarers subscriptions ,if once the subscription is get activated online ,the processing charges (20%) must be debited from the initial subscription value during refund if initiated .The refund will be processed within seven (7) business days after the claim has been approved. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original payment. We will notify you once the refund process has been completed.
- If UB Services as per our service terms, not able to provide you the same,within 7 (Seven ) days post completion of subscription,we may ask you some proofs of dissatisfaction and after review your claim ,the management team will decide either full or partial refund as per their sole discretion .For Seafarers Monthly Subscriptions ,the processing fees must be debited from the initial Subscription prior refund process initiated.
- If UB Services unable to provide you services after 120 days completion of VOT ,One complete VOT/CCT Fee will be refunded .
- If UB Services unable to provide you services after 150 days completion of VOT,Complete Fees including CCT and VOT will be refunded.
On above both case , the administration will only hold the AET Charges which is not refundable.
- Other Members Subscriptions .
